It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Basham (Marysville, California), born in Shelley, Idaho, who passed away on November 28, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Joan Payne Rister of Missouri; and her daughter Margie Ann Quimby Schindler. She is survived by: her parents, Newell Payne and Velma McGary Payne; and her children, Julius Basham (Bill) of Boise, Mary Lou Hansen of Sacramento, Jerry Lee Basham of Olivehurst and Larry Jay Basham of Yuba City.
