He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Buck Stockton and Mildred Evelyn Ross; and his brothers, Bill Stockton, Dick Stockton, Truman "Blue" Stockton and Major Stockton.

He is survived by: his wife Marval Lee Stockton. He is also survived by his four children, 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, notes of condolences can be sent to Marval Lee Stockton, to be put into her personal journal.
