She is survived by: her children, Julia Ann "Judy" and Larry Joe Shumate of Texas; her sister Linda Shumate of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Lori Stafford, Amy Shumate and Shane Cavanagh. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.
