He was predeceased by: his parents, William Womack and Annabelle Womack; and his son Michael A. Womack. He is survived by: his wife Iola Womack of Gridley; and his children, James E. Womack of Auburn, CA, Darren E. Womack of Gridley, Paul A. Womack of Gridley and Joy L. Cari of Gridley. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
