He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Chand (Michael), Jennifer De Witt and Melissa De Witt; his grandsons, Hunter Chand, Connor Chand and La Trisha De Witt; his siblings, Stephen De Witt (Bev), Pat Kido, Virginia Smith (Alvin), Sandy De Witt and Karen Herota (Tiny); and his sister-in-law Kathy De Witt. He is also survived by his daughters and grandsons.
