She is survived by: her parents, Aquilla Johnson and Jane Johnson; her husband Joseph O'Leary; her sister Lillian Adams of Natchez, Mississippi; her children, Susan of Benicia, Joseph, Jr. of Benicia, Mark of Hayward and Chris of Oakland; her daughters-in-law, Brooke and Anita; and her granddaughters, Caitlin and Brenna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to the Suncrest Hospice or to the Young Ladies Institute Chapter 64.
