He is survived by: his wives, Pam and Renee Johnson; his children, Phillip Vanderveer, April Foster, Lily Erlandsen and Nancy Carter; and his sister Pam. He is also survived by his four children (Renee, April, Phillip, Lily) and 10 grandchildren.
