He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Emma McCoy; his wife Helen Marie Collins Puckett; and his father Ed Puckett. He is survived by: his children, William Edward Puckett (Bill) of Chapala, Mexico, Patrick Puckett of Weldon, Barbara Belknap (Puckett) of Juneau and Kathy Puckett of Aztec; and his grandchildren, Richard Puckett of Boise, Mica Hoeltge (Puckett) of El Paso, TX, Will Belknap of Juneau Alaska, Amy Belknap, Tonia Boespflug (Puckett) of Saint Helens, Katie Taylor of Bayfield, CO and John Hardesty of Las Vegas, NV..
