Cheatham Sr.; his parents, Jim Hamilton and Reather Hamilton; his aunt Evata Cheatham Beasley; his siblings, Eddie Hamilton, Neddie Hamilton, Wilbur Hamilton, Willie Hamilton, Lee George Hamilton, Jimmy Lee Hamilton, Eddie Ruth Adams and Maggie Lee McClellan; his spouse Esteen Belcher; his stepchildren, Sandra Horton, Emma Hamilton, Loretta Fields Powell, Jeffie Hamilton, Jr. and Carol Clewis; and his children, Terry Hamilton and Mitzi Hamilton. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grands, aunts and cousins.
