He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jennie LeVine and Jack LeVine; his wife Nancy; his brother Eddie; his sons, Jeffrey, Bradley (Rose) and Steven LeVine (Lori); his grandchildren, Nicholas LeVine (Richard Bellotti) and Bailey Holiver; his brothers, Dick (Sue) and Robert LeVine (Jackie); and his sister-in-law Beryl "Sugar" LeVine. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Myron to the Venice Family Clinic.
