She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lopez and Angelina Lopez. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Ortiz (Helen), David Ortiz, Darlene Thomson and Dennis Ortiz. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
