It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Oben (Manteca, California), who passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Simon Foniber Fobi and Theresia Fobi; her husband Peter Oben; her children, Fritz Oben, Franklin Oben, Walter Oben and Linda Madu; her granddaughter Emmanuella Madu; and her siblings, Agnes Anumudu, William Fobi, Joseph Fobi, Jude Fobi, Emmanuel Fobi, Bernadette Udo and Cathy Talongwa.
