He is survived by: his wife Linda Neeley of Manteca; his children, Mark Neeley (Paula), Jeff Neeley (Elaine) and DeAnn Cadell (Jim); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Neeley, Grant Neeley, Ryan Neeley, Drew Cadell, Kendyl Cadell and Lane Cadell; and his sister Marilyn Rauzi.
