He is survived by: his wife Mary Dunaway; his children, Cathy Slaughterback (Mike), Cheryl Bloom (Brad), Susan Roberts (Randy) and John Dunaway; and his grandchildren, Susan, David, Sarah, Stacie, Lisa, Melody and Amber.
