He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Garcia and Della Fernandez. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chad Rich (Jenny), Alicia Rich and Erica Rich; his wife Tena Garcia; his children, Renee Cabezas and Brian Garcia; his stepchildren, Erica Rich, Alicia Rich and Chad Rich (Jenny); his grandchildren, Magen Cabezas, Brooke Cabezas, Katrina Garcia, Dominic Garcia, Aiden Garcia, Macee Goldman (Travis), Marcus Rivas, Cameron Ceja, Kaitlynn Ceja, Victoria Rich and Josiah Rich; his great grandchild Reagan Goldman; and his brothers, Gilbert Garcia and Joseph Garcia.

Due to COVID19 services will be held at a later date.
