He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Azevedo; and his siblings, Anthony Azevedo, Lucille Cooper and Lenora Traylor. He is survived by: his sons, Mike, Greg, Ron, Paul and Joe; and his sister Catherine Spalinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
