He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alberto Cabilan and Martina Cabilan; his wife Cecilia Lebumfacil; his children, Melanie Marciano, Maricel Pathammavong, Lilace Snyder and Claire Cabilan; his grandchildren, Monique Marciano, Mason Pathammavong, Brookyln Snyder, Mia Marciano, Siena Pathammavong, Madilyn Snyder and Evelyn Snyder; and his siblings, Ferdinand Cabilan, Flordicante Cabilan, Pompeyo Cabilan and Alberto Cabilan Jr.. He was also cherished by his kids, making him not just a great father, but a friend.
Donations in Nilo's memory may be made to St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Manteca.
