He was predeceased by: his father Stevan Kakarigi. He is survived by: his mother Mellie Kakarigi; his wife Terri Kakarigi; his children, Todd Kovacs (Adena), Tim Kovacs (Michelle), Kevin Kovacs (Jennifer), Nicole Kakarigi Gallardo (Gerald), Kris Kovacs (Taylor), Stevan "Nicky" Kakarigi (Gabbi) and Johnny Kakarigi (Jessica); and his siblings, Michael Kakarigi and Alexa Vezmar (Milan). He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren.
Due to COVID precautions, Nick's family is planning a celebration of his life later this year when weather permits.
