She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward V Garcia and Elvira Garcia (Vera). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Joseph Mendez, Francisco Mendez Jr. and Richard Davenport; her granddaughters, Monique and Tamea; her great grandchildren, Javier and Daniel; and her husband Francisco Mendez. She is also survived by nephews daughter-in-laws, and granddaughters.
