She was predeceased by: her brother Jay Elgersma. She is survived by: her mother Norma Elgersma; her children, Justin Neely (Mandi), Brook Trakas (Jake) and Jordan Neely; her grandsons, Rion and Grant; her cousin Melanie Truman; her nephew Joshua Elgersma; and her father Larry.
