She is survived by: her mother Doris Ferguson (Brown) of Battleground, WA; her children, Brandon Starkel (Laura) of Kansas City, KS, Coreen Schut (Matt) of Escalon, CA, Derrick of Fort Wayne, IN, Isaac Starkel (Jenna) of Johnstown, CO, Jenell Schnabel (Brandon) of Severance, CO, Joy Rodriguez of Crescent City, CA and Jacob Rodriguez of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Sammantha Cowan (Scott) of Lubbock, TX, Nathan Starkel of Kansas City, KS, Jodeci Zepeda of Escalon, CA, Isabel Starkel of Kansas City, KS, Benjamin Starkel of Johnstown, CO, Nicolas Starkel of Kansas City, KS and Gabriel Starkel of Johnstown, CO; and her siblings, Greg Ferguson (Jamie) of Palm Desert, CA and Debbie Rensvold of Billings, MT. She is also survived by 21 nieces/nephews, and 14 grandnieces/nephews.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, Joyce's memorial service will be limited to immediate family members and close friends.
