He is survived by: his wife Sally Kusy; his children, Joe Kusy (Shelley), Joan Kusy (Ron), Jonathan Kusy (Mariam) and James Kusy; his grandchildren, Hayley (Eddie), Bryce (Sarah), Jory, Jaci, Ivan and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Tatum, Madison, Derrick, Brielle, Lorelia and Ivanna; and his sister Sally Shirey.
