She was predeceased by: her former husband James "Allen" Carter, Sr.; and her husband Morton Andrew Foster. She is survived by: her children, Janice Zacharias (Richard) of Manteca, CA, Shirley Halladay (Tad) of Kanarraville and James Allen Carter, Jr. (Desiree) of Manteca, CA.; her stepchildren, Kathy Harvey (Doug), Janet Thomas and Andrew Foster; her grandchildren, Amber, Keith, April, Misty, Jessica, Tony, Eric, Nikki, Laura, Nathan, Karen, Wesley, Aaron and Hillary; and her sisters, Dianne Williams (Gavin) and Dauna Newman. She is also survived by 51 great-grandchildren.
