He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Mills and Trudy Mills; and his brother Michael Mills. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Tedra Torrice (Franco) of Manteca, Tori Williams of Escalon, Carl Mills (Diane) of Escondido and Tyleen Williams of Manteca; his granddaughters, Tianna, Sophia, Katelyn, Lauren, Ava, Anndrea, Alexia and Avery; and his sister Teddy Wolcott.
