He was predeceased by: his parents, Alarick Whitlock and Juanita Whitlock. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Whitlock of Manteca; his children, Sherry Lyn Raach (Gerry), Karen Root of Manteca, Gene Whitlock II and Terry Whitlock (Mandi) of Escalon; his grandchildren, Stephen, Lisa, Nicole, Abbygail, Candice, Tyler and Cassie; and his siblings, Melvin Lee Whitlock and Linda Kay Spikes.
