He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sprague and Helen Sprague; and his siblings, John Sprague, Beverly Cano, Andy Sprague and Colin Sprague.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Luz Sprague; his daughter Stephanie M. Elliott (Lance); and his sisters, Karen Parker and Alta Moreno (Albert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
