He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Johnston and Michael Green; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Becca and Hailey; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Blake, Cooper, Claire and McKenzie; and his sister Beverly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
