He is survived by: his parent Tommye Adams; his wife Ellen; his children, Scott (Caitlin) of Los Angeles, CA and Kim (Chad Lagerwey) of Manhattan Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Owen Walter, Cade Riggs, Wyatt Edward and Indigo Quinn; and his siblings, Floy Polen of Myrtle Beach, SC, Patricia (Sam Horsley) of McDonough, GA and Jeff (Tina) of Columbia, TN.. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2018 in his home, surrounded by family and friends.
