He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otice and Lucy Estella Henthorn (Patterson); and his parents, Robert Leach and Dorothy Lay (Henthorn). He is survived by: his wife Pam; and his daughters, Rhonda Schaff (Howard), Kristen Hunter (Jeff), Diana Durr, Kathy Montoya (Ray) and Laurie Davies (Bob). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
