He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Soares and Thelma Dutra Soares; his sister Donna White; and his former wife Raquel Soares. He is survived by: his wife Rosary Soares of Madera; his children, William A. Soares Jr. (Kylee) of Elk Grove, CA and Randi Mills (Jon) of San Jose, CA.; his grandchildren, Jack Soares, Matthew Soares, Grace Mills and Ellie Mills; and his caregivers, Rosalicia Herrera and Joann Razo.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic masks are requested to be worn by those in attendance at the service.
