He is survived by: his siblings, Kris Ringhage and Scott Nyberg; his daughters, Becky Amick (Jay) of Canyon, TX and Kirsten Nolan (Luke) of Friant, CA; his grandchildren, Marleigh Amick, Presleigh Amick, Sam Nolan and James Nolan; and his close friend Jack Moore. He is also survived by one niece, six nephews.
