She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelino Garcia and Santos Gonzales Vera (late Juan Zuniga); her daughter Maria Laxton of Cherokee; and her siblings, Jesus Garcia, Sostenes Garcia, Simon Garcia of Texas, Paula Hernandez of Texas and Mary Perez of Madera, CA..

She is survived by: her sons, Michael and John; her siblings, Nestor Garcia, Nicanor Garcia, Augustin Garcia, Anita Herrera and Marcelina Hefner; her children, Marcelino Zuniga, Fidencio Zuniga and Anita Gonzalez; her son-in-law Rodrigo Gonzalez; and her grandchildren, Yvonne Lopez of San Jose, Melinda Ruiz of Fresno, Veronica Zuniga of Clovis, CA, Sandra Gonzalez of Fresno, Samuel Gonzalez of Fresno, CA and Daniel Gonzalez of Madera, CA. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
