He is survived by: his wife Rita Blanco; his son Thomas Ruiz Blanco, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Misty Gatte-Blanco; his daughter Gina Blanco; his grandchildren, Dillon, Cody, Riley and Brooke; his great grandchild Kepena; his brother John Blanco; his sister-in-law Eleanor Ramirez-Blanco; his sister Ruth Lopez; his siblings-in-law, Joe Lopez and Mary Blanco; and his goddaughters, Felicia, Juliana, Stephanie, Chloe and Torrance.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Cemetery - Nativity Chapel (264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA 93706).
