He was predeceased by: his parents, John Copland and Juliette Copland of Madera; his brother Larry Copland; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Oliver and Dianne Copland.

He is survived by: his siblings, Monica Wade (Bill), Chris Oliver and Jim Copland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's name can be made to Wounded Warriors, Ducks Unlimited, Madera Historical Society, or your favorite watering hole where you are encouraged to tie a few on and share those not-fit-for-print stories of the great Steve Copland.
