He is survived by: his children, Jolene Palacio (Ernie), Rick McCullough (Kim), Bret McCullough (Sandra) and Sherisse DeOrian (Sam); his sister Sadie Smith (Bill); his grandchildren, Shannon Palacioz (Pat), Ashley Carabajal (Jonathan), Preston McCullough (Katie), Addison McCullough, Brittany Guizar (Danny), Bret Roy McCullough, Jake and Kyle DeOrian; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Aidan, Quentin Geiger, Jianna, Cain Carabajal, Nathan Guizar and Laney McCullough.
