He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Poythress and Carolyn Poythress; and his brother Chuck McGregor. He is survived by: his grandmother Edna Poythress; his wife Robin Poythress; his children, Kent Poythress (Amber) of Elk Grove, CA, Ann Parker (Matthew) of Fresno, CA and Kevin Poythress (Saylah) of Fresno, CA; his siblings, Robert Poythress (Carol) of Madera, CA and Sharon Moore (Terry) of Clovis, CA.; his grandchildren, Colton Poythress and Kendra Poythress; and also Roger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
