He was predeceased by: his mother Herminia Bernadette Garcia; and his sister Dolores. He is survived by: his children, Colton Garcia of San Jose, CA, Corey Garcia of San Jose, CA, Cody Garcia of San Jose, CA, Corden Garcia of San Jose, CA, Collinear Garcia of San Jose, CA and Adrianna Garcia of San Jose, CA; and his sisters, Debbie Gutierrez, Esther Lovelace and Patty Rodriguez. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, only 10 people will be allowed inside the chapel at one time.
