He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrio Barrientos and Dolores Garza Barrientos; and his son Richard Barrientos, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe; his children, Diana Gamez of Fresno, CA, Sylvia Barrientos of Madera, Alice Ayala of Madera, Isabel Barrientos of Madera, Danny Barrientos of Sanger, CA and Cindy Hernandez of Madera, CA.; and his siblings, Amalia Gonzalez of Texas and Adan Barrientos of Texas. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
