He is survived by: his sister Maria Elena Gutierrez of San Diego, CA; his daughter Rosa "Vencho" Montoya Sullivan of Madera; his grandchildren, Ricardo DeLeon II of Kingsville, TX and Stephanie DeLeon of Madera; his great grandchild Angela Franco of Kingsville, TX; and his grandchildren, Ricardo DeLeon III of Kingsville, TX and Mia Calderon of Madera.
