She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph R. Hulbert and Sarah A. Bruce Hulbert; her former husband Enloe Hooper Cook; and her siblings, Ralph Hulbert, Charles Hulbert, Ruth Sovereign and Joann Hunt.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Blackburn; her daughters, Betty Hosier of Madera, Nickie Smith of Madera, Husband Jerry L of Madera and Retha Fanelli (Steven) of Meridian, ID; and her grandchildren, Allen Finley, Marcia Polese and Richard Smith.
Visitation will be held on: Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM prior to the services at Jay Chapel, Madera, CA Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018, 10:00 AM at Jay Chapel Funeral Home in Madera, CA Interment will follow the services in Arbor Vitae Cemetery, Madera, CA Family requests donations in Lois' name be made to the Donor's favorite charity.
