It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Kves (Madera, California), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beauna Elizabeth (Weaver) and John Sweger; her former husband Virgil Bettes; her husband Rudolph Kves; her children, Elaine Wilson, Gary Bettes and Kathy Blanco; and her siblings, Ruby Lewis, Arlene Keithley, Doyle Sweger, Corliss Boyett and Carol Large.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Luci Wilson, Minna Glover, Karl Blanco, Martin Wilson, Lynda Wilson and Julia Lopez; her siblings, Beatrice Louthan, Marvin Sweger, Melvin Sweger and Leonard Sweger; and also, Ray Wilson, Glenda Bettes and Santos Blanco. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
