He is survived by: his child John; his wife Sheila Mathis Matousek; his children, Brittany Sorum (Doug) of Lompoc, California and Jared Matousek (Mariel) of Clovis; his grandchildren, Amber Matousek, Austin Matousek and Aiden Sorum; and his siblings, Dori Woeste (Joe) and Tom Matousek (Diana).
