He was predeceased by: his parents, Salome Ornelas and Soledad Ornelas (Sally); his daughter Stephanie Munoz; and his siblings, Christina Flores and Louie Flores.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sally Thomas, Ray Ornelas, Ron Ornelas and Gilbert Ornelas; his children, Hopemarie Rios and Michael Ornelas; his grandchildren, Carlos Munoz III (Letty), Ashley Trujillo, Salome Ornelas, Mariah Lopez (Arturo), Esteban Ornelas and Matthew Trujillo; his great grandchildren, Carlos Jonah Munoz and Indie Hazel Lopez; and his pet Midnight.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jay Chapel (1121 Roberts Ave, Madera, CA 93637). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
