She was predeceased by: her husband Don Bush. She is survived by: her children, Donna Garris (Dan) of Madera, CA, Jannell Anthony (David) of Fresno, CA and Jack Bush of Madera; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, Heath, Hanna, Zoe, Quinn, Elyssa and Delaney.

Remembrances may be made to Valley Children's Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
