He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehman Alvis and Louise Alvis; and his sister Doris. He is survived by: his wife Betty Wann; his daughters, Pam (Patrick) and Janet (Brian); his grandchildren, Anthony (Maria), Jamie (Ray), Stephanie (Joey), Megan (David) and Morgan; and his sisters, Patricia, Carol, Phyllis and Debbie (Cliff).
