James Lowell Reed Obituary

James Lowell Reed passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the age of 73. James was born in San Francisco on September 17, 1943 to Madeline (Lowell) and Salyer Reed, Jr. He is formerly of Salinas and for the past 27 years has lived in Madera. James was a Corporate Pilot for Dave Berry Construction for 25 years. He is a veteran of the U.S.

Air Force having served his country during the Vietnam War. James was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church in Madera. He was preceded in death by his parents. James is survived by his wife of 44 years, Vivian Reed of Madera, his four sons, Kenneth Reed of Nipomo, CA, David Reed, Joseph Reed and Vincent Reed all of Madera, his two daughters, Janice Reed of Kings City, CA and Linda Reed of Madera and three half-sisters, Sally, Susan and Shelly.

He also leaves behind eleven grandchildren. Graveside Service will be held on: Monday, February 27, 2017, 2:30 P.M. at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella, CA
