He was predeceased by: his parents, Irby and Elsie; his brother John; and his children, Michael and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Kristie Berry Iness of Madera; his son Martin Iness (Jeanette) of Fresno; his stepchildren, David Rossi (Claudia) of Mexico and Shannon Harvey (Soren) of Madera; his siblings, Alice Qualls and Jimmie Iness of Fresno; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Caleb, Jacob (Nikki), Audra, Makayla and Daniel.
