She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Juan Casarez, Sr.; her son Juan Casarez, Jr.; her parents, Nolberto Chavira and Francisca Chavira; her siblings, Robert, Ramon, Cecil, Manuel, Ramiro, Nick Chavira and Juana Elisalde; her nephew Jessie Chavira; her brothers-in-law, Tony Romo Jr. and Ralph Villalobos; and her siblings, Frank Chavira of Madera, Joe Chavira of Los Angeles, CA, Joanne Romo of Madera, Gloria Villalobos of Fresno and Aurora Cisneros of Fresno. She was also cherished by her father and brothers.
