It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Paul Tinkle of Madera, California, born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Tinkle and James Tinkle; and his brothers, Harold and Robert Tinkle. He is survived by: his wife Elisa Tinkle (Karen Tinkle); his children, Stacey Martin, Stephaney Owens and Keith Owens; his daughter-in-law Natasha Owens; his grandchildren, Bailey Martin, Ethan Owens and Ashton Owens; and his brother Stan Tinkle.
