He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Cheatham and Iva Pearl Jackson Cheatham; and his siblings, Richard, Kenneth, Alice Burrough, Panzy Anglin, Shirley Phillips, Linda Cheatham and Jeannie Bayless.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Creamer Cheatham; his daughters, Chrystal Benzler (Jason) of Madera and Ashley Bedford (Shane) of Puyallup, Washington.; his sibling Pearley Peevey (Jack) of Garden Grove; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Bayless of Fresno, Richard Creamer (Leslie) of Madera, Louise Lucckesi (Richard) of Madera, Bob Anglin and Phyllis Cheatham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Remembrances in his memory may be made to the Madera Historical Society or to the donor's favorite charity.
